New location @ Shaw and Brawley!!!!! It has a different look with background history on the walls of the restaurant as decor. Vegans can go and ask for tofu spring rolls, sandwich with grilled or shredded tofu, and the soup can be given without the vegetarian ham patties. The tofu spring rolls aren't on the menu and not all servers know about it, but I met the chef and he definitely knows about it and can make it once the servers ask (unless they are out of tofu). For the sandwich usually waiters ask if you want to exclude egg and mayo. I also have to give a shout out to an employee but I need to get his name. If it wasn't for his service I probably would've left because he was the only one that recognized me from the other restaurants and knew what I ordered.

My only recommendation would be to ask if clients want water first so water doesn't go to waste.

New restaurant! I have came to eat here 3 times since the grand opening because it’s closer to my house than the other locations and every time my food has been cold when they bring it to me. Twice my mother and I have been served lukewarm chicken pho and today my mother ordered the #68 chicken rice plate and her chicken was very very cold... love the vibe of the restaurant and the quick service but the issue with cold food needs to be fixed...
