Ichiban Ramen & Poki

Great tasting broth and I really like the noodles (though they could be bigger). Pictured is the Milky Ramen and menu, since it seems that the menu itself looks different from the facebook page. Came back here again and tried another broth, it was also great. The menu here is very large.

Very excellent ramen. Clean and polite. Very specifically for noodle and rice dishes so don't expect sushi. Small place, so call ahead if you have a big group (anything more than four). Very informal anime-themed decor.

Me and my husband have been coming here for about two years now. You could honestly put a blindfold on and pick anything on the menu and get something delicious!! We usually stick to the usual and the flavor and quality is consistently high without being as expensive as other, busier places. I haven’t found a place that makes more perfect soft-boiled eggs, by the way. We’ll be coming here for a loooooong time.

Service was good, the broth was amazing and the noodles were nicely cooked. I got the tonkatsu ramen and the portion was fairly generous. The inside is pretty cute and has a welcoming atmosphere.

My one complaint is that the pork is dry and sort of like chewing leather. I will definitely return but I’ll make sure that I don’t get the pork.

Overall I enjoyed it!

This restaurant is located right next to the gas station and may not be easily spotted while driving. They serve ramen in the traditional way, which takes the time to make the broth. The owner has his own recipes and make over 30 different kind of noodles. You can taste the effort put into each dish. They close late at midnight.
