Lorenas Restaurant

Small Mexican restaurant near Fresno's Chaffee Zoo. I ordered the carne asada enchiladas. The meat was crunchy and dried out but the meat did have flavor. They have a lot of seafood dishes. I noticed that the families dining in ordered seafood so perhaps go that route if you visit. The beans were very runny but if you mix with the rice it's okay. I'll go again to try the shrimp ceviche which is the second best thing I like to try at restaurants.

Service was prompt and friendly. Aromas of authentic Mexican food filled the colorfully decorated dining room. Food was served hot and portions were generous. I departed happy and with a full stomach. I'll definitely be back again...

Outstanding spot for Mexican food. Everyone at our table was very satisfied. Looking forward to returning with my friends. This place has a cool design. Kinda of like a place in Houston that I enjoyed.

The place was smaller than expected. The waters had a goey consistency. I order tacos which were one of the best I’ve eaten. According my family the food they received tasted bad. Almost like is every ingredient was artificial. I gave it an extra 2 starts because the waitress was really cute.
