Noodle Express

I tried out Noodle Express, in the Tower District today. I had the Pad Thai w/ beef. The noodles were good, not over cooked. However the beef was not flavorful at all, very bland tasting.

I was a bit disappointed. I had asked the server about the curry chicken and apparently I ordered the wrong item thinking it was the same menu item I ordered before. I reluctantly ate it. I was expecting this curry soup to be fully cooked and delicious. The potatoes were undercooked. I removed the potatoes, smashed them onto a plate, then added it to the curry. It was still a bit lumpy but better than chunky uncooked potatoes. The chicken was very tender, carrots a bit chunky, the curry was flavorful. The meal came with a serving of your choice of steamed or sticky rice. I chose steamed rice. My daughter had the beef pho. Her meal was served the way we ordered it.

Amazing food great customer service I eat here twice a week.
