Ovidio Italian Restaurant

Went for lunch today with my daughter and our experience was great. Our server was amazing with taking our orders and making sure we were good. Food was also amazing, next time I'll have to take my wife so I can enjoy a glass of wine. Dessert was so good (Exotic Bomba) which was big enough for the two of us. Definitely will be going back.

Pretty much exactly what you would expect from an Italian restaurant in the middle of California.

The Calamari steak had bit of a strange texture. It's not like the calamari you normally get as an appetizer. It does come with pasta and veggies though, which was a pleasant surprise!

The linguini con vongole were good, if a bit too heavy on the garlic.

The espresso was good!

Service was not amazing, even though we were the only people there. Granted, it was 2PM on a Sunday, but it was still a bit surprising.

Amazing service! My fiance proposed to me and everyone was wonderful. The manager, Ronnie, came out to congratulate us personally. Thanks to everyone there!

It is a nice venue with great food and relatively good service. I was there to see a band. As a dancing venue it is a bit small. Trying to dance resulted in a lot of bumps, foot smashing and elbows to various parts. For less popular bands it's good but not for bands that have a large draw.

Found my new pasta place. Service is on-point. Never were the water or drink glasses empty. Bread was refilled without asking. Ordered off the menu, and they accommodated without any trouble (Pesto with angel hair). Definitely returning.
