Customer Service Can Improve But Okay Food

The food is always good, the portions are great. However; if you go through the drive-thru, ALWAYS check your order before leaving the window. They tend to forget the little things that you asked for, like sides of sauce & forks.

When is there food bad? ...... NEVER! You can never go wrong with some Panda Express.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and bathrooms are clean. The food is also fresh and tastes great. They have a good variety of options, and have two types of tea if you don't want soda.

Employees need to be coached on Suggestive Selling, you would increase your sales. When they ask "is that all" or "you want anything else" doesn't build the business. She was nice and polite. Starts at the top, right? Are the District Managers watching and sharing feedback with the store Manager? Is the management listening to the team members? These are the responsibilities of managing our employees to ensure top performance for best results on the bottom line. There's a short version. Food for thought.
