Delicious pizza. I haven't been to Pieology in a while and I was pleasantly surprised by the increase in options. Looking forward to my next visit

I just loved Pieology! Making a pizza the way I liked was so much fun and yummy!!! Got to go check it out.

I'll give this location a 3 because my food was good but the service I received was not the best. I don't ask for much. I got a deep dish pizza and went through the line to make it. Once I got to the cashier to finalize my order she was sorta rude but that only came off because she was rushing me which I don't believe was needed I was the only one in line at the time the place was slow. I saw they had salads and I wanted to add it to my order seeing how no one else was in line. She didn't seem to want to help me, almost like I was inconveniencing her. Like I said the food was good. Hope it was a only one time thing.

Thursday Eve around 6PM. Very crowded. Ordered online, went to pick-up area. Cashier was friendly, but assumed we ordered the next pizza out of the oven. We said no, she said oh you have the gluten free. We were like NO, we ordered online. Oh what kind of pizza did you order. I said we have a deep dish and two... Oh they have the deep dish. I'm like, we ordered on line, I have the order on my cell. Oh, what's the name. Any way, service was BAD. Pizza was pretty good, they forgot our drizzle. Not sure if I will go again.

this location is my favorite! went in earlier was pretty packed, Elise made my pizza she did a fantastic job and took the time to tell me about the different salads they offered, which got me to purchase one. overall she has great customer service!
