Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

RR has gone the way of many operations in CA, reducing staff to offset increasing min wages. It shows. Fri nite, single bartender. I prefer sitting at the bar, as I generally get better service. Was impressed at his skills, but, he was working drinks for entire dining rm & handling his own set of high top tables, plus the seats at the bar. I wasn't neglected, but we did not get the kind of service I expect. Kitchen was short as well, I expect, as delays in orders were being experienced by all around. Food was good, as in the past. Prices, always moderate. I'm not sure why they continue w\the bottomless side thing, outside of tradition. From my perch, at the end of the bar, I couldn't help but notice very few in the dining rm were getting bottomless anything. Didn't happen in the bar either. Not a good sign. Did notice, 2 managers on the floor...& 3 hostesses up front, none of which seemed to want to participate in the situation. Sad. Gather bussers have also gone the way of the other labor cut-backs. Servers had to buss & clear their own tables. Eats up valuable service time. Glad my bride & I are retired. We have plenty of time to observe the gradual decline of one of our favorites.

This place was a whole lot better than the one at Sierra Vista mall. The server was great. The food was delicious. The host was very hospitable as soon as we walked in they were attentive. I had been there once prior and I will definitely go back.

Came for my free birthday burger to go, Jennifer helped me and she was super sweet, patient, and understanding! The manager was great too. Very nice and clean location plus great food and services! What more could you ask for!?

Love! My favorite restaurant. Can't go wrong with burgers and beer. Staff is friendly and helpful. Been here a good amount of times. This is my go to spot in Fresno. The Red Robin on Shaw and Valentine isn't bad either. Always a good experience.
