Sabor Mexican Bar & Bistro

Service, cuisine, ambiance are first class. Although others said their prices were high, we found them very reasonable and below what we expected. I can think of no negatives and rate it as one if Fresno's best restaurants.

One of my preferred locations for tasty Mexican food. The service was very welcoming and observant. It has a nice feel to it.

Great service. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Fresh tasty food. Not many vegetarian options available, but they were very nice to accommodate and swap meat for veggies. Prices are a little high. Portions are good - not too much or too little. Plenty of parking available in the lot.

The entire experience was excellent!! The server Juan was polite, attentive and knowledgeable truly great service. Our appetizer and entree were authentic and full of flavor. This place is a must try and so thankful for finding this place.

On our way back to Bakersfield from Sacramento. So we looked up this hidden gem in Fresno. The food and service were excellent. It's a small spot, but large in flavor. The staff were not only attentive, but friendly and welcoming. On this visit we only had ice tea, but others were enjoying wine and margaritas. The food was flavorful! Loved the gauc that was also flavored with pomegranate, very nice touch!
