Too crowded and loud.
Long wait feels longer when you're starving. Waited so long even with a reservation.
Wish it was more chill.
The food was absolutely delicious though! All of it!
Boho modern chic vibes.
Dress nicely or you'll get stared at.
Outside patio is really cute.
Nice place for a date.

So glad to have such a fancy restaurant in Fresno, the ambiance and set up is very appealing, the dishes presentation is quite impressive, attitude of servers and staff very positive . The only draw back I could think of , difficulty in getting the reservations, I could get it by going there in person . And their bar has limited alcohol, few drinks we asked were not available. But overall , we had a great time , our server Mathew was very charming and suggested some awesome vegetarian options to us .

A much needed restaurant in Fresno. Great to dress up and go somewhere. Has a really big city feel about it . The cocktails were great and the local beer on tap was excellent. We ordered 10 different meals. Presentation was great ,flavors were authentic but not necessarily complimenting each other over such a variety of dishes. We had a great evening being served including some excellent Tequila varieties. The question is was it enough to go back and spend another $500 next week ? unfortunately probably not. The restaurant is great. But if it had Heirlooms menu it would be perfect. A $20 quesadilla can only be so good, it still remains a quesadilla. Will keep an eye out on menu adjustments and try again soon

My group of 4 basically ordered everything on the menu. We ended up loving everything we chose. The fusion dishes are interesting and are meant for sharing. I feel that the portions would be good for couples but in our group, we only got a bite and was left wanting more.

What a cool, hip experience. Not your average restaurant, Saizon blew me away. Food, cocktails and service were 2nd to none. The presentation of each dish was so unique and the contents of each dish were very unique. We seriously didn’t know what to order, so we had our server kind of guide us along this culinary journey. Everything we had was amazing, with the exception of one cocktail. Definitely check it out and be ready for a ride.
