Shobu Japanese Cuisine

Nothing I like more than eating a delicious Japanese dinner in a clean, tastefully decorated,
very nicely done by the way, welcoming environment. This new restaurant is a must try! I think we found our new favorite. Our server ‘Charlie’ I hope I spelled her name correctly, was as gracious, friendly and respectful a young lady as we have ever had the pleasure of being served by, bare none. And Jerry, the owner was just as gracious. He visited our table twice while we’re there and exchange some pleasantries with us and made sure all was to our satisfaction. We couldn’t have had a more enjoyable evening dining experience. My Son said, ‘You have to try this place dad.’ We are glad we did????????????????????

This place was amazing! I don’t know where to begin, the service was too notch! The owner came out and not only spoke to us but served us. He was friendly and welcoming. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The food was the best sushi I’ve had and I plan to come back on a regular basis. The food was fresh and delicious. Definitely go!

This place is the best! I have been here twice in a row! The owner is so kind and super sweet! He’ll come around and greet us and ask if we’re doing good. As well the servers and the front desk, they are super sweet and kind. The food is amazing! And a super well priced plates. I posted some of the dishes I have tried so far down below.

Great service, food took a little longer to come out than I had hoped but then again it was pretty packed.

The hostess was super nice and the waiter did a great job of checking on us consistently and he also updated us on the status of our dishes! I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a great experience at Shobu and we will definitely be back! I would highly recommend eating there to anyone.

Before we were seated the hostess let us know that there were three large parties ahead of us and that there might be a little wait. We were fine with the (short) wait and appreciated them letting us know!

The food was great, we had the AvoBomb, Jerry Special roll and the Fresno roll. The Fresno roll was our favorite, but everything was so good.

I highly recommend Shobu!
