Just tried this place on the weekend and it was delicious. Staff is kind and the environment vibe for me was cafe, real food, slightly romantic and very casual. I got my ice water in a green mug cup, nice! They happened to be giving out free boba tea the day I went. The boba was jelly like which is different for me, but I liked it, btw it's not a blended drink, and options were jasmine milk tea or peach green tea. My group ordered garlic fries which I was surprised Sizzle n Steam had it on their menu but definitely worth it. I'm not crazy about garlic fries but these were crispy slightly brown and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. They had an amazing taste with small garlic pieces. Then I had a steak and meatball pho, broth is perfect, and I often don't like to add anything except for beansprout and basil. Meatball is sliced or scored but not in halves. Meatballs were not hard, chewy, or too soft. This is the best pho all around experience I've had is a very long time.
