TGI Fridays

Food and service good but I think the waitresses should dress more professional and their hair put up or wear a hair net. They did not look like waitresses at all. Also why isn't their any senior discount or any discount for seniors?

My family and I (9 ppl) arrived when dinner rush died down, after a graduation. We were hot, hungry, and thirsty. Things started smooth but by the end of night, I felt like we were forgotten. We never got refills on our non-alcoholic drinks and when we did which was probably only two people, we had to keep reminding the server of that. I was charged for a beer that came flat and it wasn't what I ordered but also, a beer that never got to me. Luckily I caught that. Basically, service was not so great. But the food made up for it. No complaints there. Food here was delish! Half racks of ribs, wings, appetizers, drinks for happy hour, it was tasty.

My meal was fantastic, I had the sizzling flank steak. I highly recommend this dinner plate the flavor is so good. Also very reasonable for everything you get

I have been a very long time customer of Fridays and still go frequently. Love Sunday happy hour, waiter are great. They have recently updated their menu and while most changes are good they really messed up in changing their pretzels!! They had pretzel “sticks” which were soft and easy to share . Now they give you 2 regular pretzels that taste awful are dry and hard to share . Go back to original and they get 5 stars again
