TOFAS Mediterranean Grill- Campus Pointe

mediterranean food and the scene here is super good. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.

Visited Tofas today for the first time, and what can i say the food met my expectation, which wasn't much to begin with, because i knew Tofas is a chain fast food joint. I ordered the combo kabob (chicken, beef, and lamb) plate with hummus, rice pilaf, salad, and vegetables. The beef was really tender and juicy, the lamb eh:/ ...I've had better, but what i really enjoyed most was the hummus and pita bread, which was really good! Their pita bread is soooo soft and fluffy ( but they only give you one???? and the hummus is very smooth and creamy, with a great taste, i honestly just could've gotten that and been cool. They are not cheap, i paid $16 and some change for my plate and the portion size was cool, it filled me up, didn't eat the salad though, wasn't too fond of the dressing or spritz they put on it. I waited 10 minutes, i placed my order at 8:23pm and the young lady brought my food to me at 8:33pm, so timing was good. Staff was very friendly and kind, place was clean and spacious, the restaurant has a nice ambiance feel to it, which i really enjoyed, even though i placed my order to go, i did wait in the lobby for 10 minutes and felt comfortable, maybe instead of a 2 star rating, i can give them 3 stars, although initially i was only rating the food, not everything else about the place. Their food was not the worst, and certainly not the best either when it comes to Mediterranean food, it may satisfy your craving for a quick Mediterranean bite to eat if you're near by, it will not hurt you to try this place.

Food portion and price was very reasonable. The food was also really delicious. I like how it's a casual comfort place. I would come again. I went on a Thursday at noon and the food came out in less than 10 minute.

Really good food. I love Mediterranean food. The falafel was really good, same with the grape leaves. We are vegetarians and ordered the vegetarian plate. So good.
I gave it 4 stars because they put bacon in their lentil soup. I'm not complaining because I'm a vegetarian and don't eat bacon. I just never ever heard of bacon in lentil soup. And really Mediterranean food doesn't use bacon. It was so odd. Other than that, loved the place.
