Tokyo Garden

Good food, good music. Service can be a little slow, so don't go if you're a super needy person

Used to be fantastic when the original owner ran the place. Now it's just average Japanese food with little ambiance and over-priced. Owners should try harder and go back to the traditional Tokyo Gardens recipes, quality and atmosphere. Bring back the Japanese music, waitresses in kimonos and preparing sukiyaki at the tables.

Japanese food and the feeling at this location is great. Service is always awesome even when they have a full house. Similar to a place in Denver I liked.

Quiet no frills spot for dinner. Don't expect loud crowds or teppanyaki tables. First time there tonight and was pleased with food and service. Waitress (and our bartender) was very nice and helpful. Only one other couple besides us. Next time I'll try sitting at the bar. Very 60s and you can tell it was a happening place once.

Smaller menu but one of the only places you can find authentic sukiyaki in Fresno. Bar is cash only but cards in restaurant. Live music often.
