    I was very pleasantly surprised with my sushi here. Not very often you find yourself in Kingsburg and thinking about high quality sushi, but this place hit the nail on the head.

    The nigiri tuna was high quality and a larger portion than some places that I've been and same with the salmon. The scallops they use in their delicious spicy scallop sushi were larger and higher quality than most, even big city places, use.

    I also appreciated the temperature the sushi was served at. Not ice cold like some places try to do. It was the correct temperature for the fish and rice. I'll be going back soon!
