Manning Chinese Buffet

The food is great and they good customer service

The Manning Chinese Buffet is a pretty good all you can eat buffet restaurant in Reedley. The food is very good and the variety excellent, although the employees could be a bit friendlier.

Although dinner costs a little more than lunch there, I really have not seen much difference in the food selection between the two.

Do not count on being able to get ice cream there, as their soft-serve ice cream machine breaks down a lot. Also, they used to have apple pie but not for a couple of years now.

People with babies and young children like to go there, so if you enjoy screaming kids then this is definitely the place for you!!

Update (05-18-19, lunch):. I am sitting here trying to enjoy my lunch in peace, and this one young male employee is talking--actually make that SCREAMING--to the people sitting at the table next to mine. Earlier, he and two other employees were shouting at each other for about 20 minutes straight. This is all INCREDIBLY RUDE and shows little regard for the customers. Employees at restaurants need to understand that their job is to do their work and be courteous, but also be as inconspicuous as possible. Because I guarantee you, NO ONE goes to a restaurant to talk with the hired help, or to listen to them talk (or shout). No one.

Staff is always so nice to my kids. That's a big deal for me. Food quality, taste, and variety is pretty good. There's pizza and fries to satisfy my picky eaters. But overall, we keep coming back because they're so nice to us. I'm also impressed with how many languages I hear the staff speaking.

The buffet deserves a 5 star review. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. The price was great as well, being lower than the majority of buffets in the Central Valley.
