Drive thru service is Great! In store service needs some work!

Lately my starbucks in town has been closing really early and sometimes it's not open at all so I come to the Starbucks in Selma. Yes the line and wait time might be a while but to me it's worth it because the staff is so friendly and they always make my orders how I like it and I'm sure I'm not the only one traveling from a different city. Some customers have been so rude to staff and they are really just trying to serve all these people. They definitely don't get the appreciation they deserve especially in these crazy times. I love the Selma Starbucks. The ladys are amazing, even went as far as tipping them $20. Keep up the great work and hang in there! Would rate 10 stars if there was an option.

Went before they closed and ordered a trenta Very Berry Hibiscus. I had asked the lady at the window who made the drink and they called out a guy, he seemed so nervous. It did look different, a little light in color, almost watered down. But when I tried it, it was opposite of that. The gentleman that made my drink was Stephen (I believe I heard) I had to compliment him and although there are measurements that they follow, I always tend to get a very sweet drink in which I always order a side of water. It was perfect. So Stephen (sorry if I misspell your name, I didn’t catch the spelling) but to the young gentlemen that made my drink, thank you ?. Thank you dearly, you truly made my night not having to fidget with it. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
