(January 21, 2019, 11:41 pm)Lodge is currently closed!! (01-21-19) Pending new owners opening it up. I like this place for the atmosphere, the food was always just so so. But it has a deck lakeside and a nice bar inside. I am curious to see what the new ownership brings to such a prime location.

(July 4, 2018, 2:46 am)Such a beautiful restaurant. The view of the lake is fantastic. The food is good and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great place to have drinks as well. Best bartenders in town.

(June 4, 2018, 3:12 am)This is our favorite restaurant in Shaver. The lake views are beautiful, and the food and bevvies are great. They make their soups and dressings from scratch, and the ribs are the best I've had. The service is friendly and efficient, and the owner is usually on the premises helping out. Add live music on the weekends, and dinner shows featuring bands like Pablo Cruise, and you have a terrific experience in the natural beauty of Shaver Lake.
