Low & Slow BBQ

Oh happy days!! I love going out to eat and I’m constantly disappointed in humboldt county with the service and portions but the low smoked meats and sides at low & slow have my attention & speaking of attention the staff have been friendly and helpful every time I’m there I give them an A+ for making me feel excited about my order. Btw the specials the cook is putting out is always 💥🔥. Thanks you guys.

This was the first try for a meal at Low ‘n Slow BBQ and we were not expecting the amazing meal we had. The Burnt Ends were delicious and the Ribs were near perfection. We taste the Mac n cheese, baked beans, an both flavors of corn muffin. We did not go away disappointed. Left with lunch for the next day. Highly recommended for locals and visitors.

Great staff..Generous portions, excellent food, hard to beat anywhere else in the county when it comes to sides and overall quality of cuts/meat cooked in a smoker darn near perfect- everytime.

Let's be honest, the food situation in Humboldt generally sucks, but not here. Excellent bbq, and this coming from someone who lived Nashville and gorged at every famous bbq spot there. Absolute quality food. I only tried the ribs, tri tip, mac n cheese fries, and corn bread but would highly recommend all of them and will be back to try the rest of the menu.
