Fujisan Sushi

Authentic Japanese food. Everything I've tried here has been delicious! My go to is the Chirashi, can't go wrong!

Some food items are limited, I recommend going at the beginning of Lunch or Dinner hour.

This is one of the best sushi places around! The chef is from Japan and comes out to see his customers. The main guy takes your order and even makes suggestions about items that will compliment your meal. He will even teach you about where the sushi comes from! And the food is the absolute best! The portions are excellent! Big pieces! Wow! The people there are super friendly and know their sushi!

Delicious veggie roll and salad. Wesley treats his customers so well. The chef came out to talk with us too! The renovated interior is lovely.

Excellent high-quality sushi. The Rainbow roll, sushi lunch special with nigiri, and gyoza dumplings were simply phenomenal. This place is a gem on the I-8. Don't question it - stop here - the sushi is phenomenal and the service is excellent.

Absolutely the best you can get in the valley! Best Quality of food and even better customer service! The Chef himself came out to check on how we were doing and everyone is super friendly and pleasant to talk with. We need more places like this in the valley so please come and support them!
