(August 7, 2019, 8:08 pm)I'm a big sauce guy and their sauces are "Angry-Good." I had the Big Hoss Briscut sandwich. When my food arrived the Brioche bun had a shine to it. It reminded me of the scene in Pulp Fiction when Sam L and Travolta open the briefcase. I know it's a stretch, but one look and I fell in love. When I finished the sandwich I stayed in love. BBQ can be pricey, but quality isn't cheap. It's definitely worth $10 a sandwich.
BTW..... The chili beans were ???? -

(June 22, 2019, 7:19 am)This BBQ is very good. The first time I went I got the brisket and ribs, grits and mac n cheese. Everything was amazing. My girlfriend got chicken and it was also very good. I like the white sauce on the chicken and the spicy BBQ sauce on everything else.
The second time I went I got the sausage. It was good but not as good as I expected. It only came with one small sausage also. So I would not recommend the sausage when there are much better options which come in much larger quantities.
