I asked around for recommendations for a roofer to replace my wood shake shingles with new energy-efficient composite roofing, and the most recommendations I received was for BSW. I received quotes from other companies and the initial calculations weren’t too much different, but what set BSW apart from the competition was the extraordinary customer service, especially from Francisco Herrera. He is super friendly and knowledgeable and graciously walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. I appreciated that he was forthright with answers and never talked down to me when I asked questions. Even though I didn’t end up getting solar panels, I truly valued the information Francisco gave me. During the roofing process, the crew took great care in protecting my pool and inside my garage from debris before they tore off the old roof and did an amazing job cleaning up when finished with the new roof. They were efficient, and Francisco was always available by phone call or text to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. I highly recommend BSW Roofing for your roofing and solar needs.

Hats off to Jerry E at BSW roofing. He managed to pinpoint the leak we thought was on our roof. Another roofer never could figure it out, but Jerry spent an hour water testing the roof and discovered the roof wasn't leaking but the stucco on the chimney was. He also repaired a ridge piece that had blown off. He charged me nothing and recommended someone that would be able to repair the stucco. Such wonderful customer service. I highly recommend BSW!!!

BSW replaced our roof and installed a new solar system. From beginning to end, the staff, led by Francisco Herrera, was professional and gave a quality performance. Communication was open and regular. We were kept abreast of each day's progress and any unforeseen repairs that had to be made. The roof is beautiful. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day and all the debris from the job was removed. They took extra care around the yard to protect our landscaping from any damage. We had a lot of questions about the solar once it got activated. Francisco has done an excellent job of helping us understand.
