Cafe Med

Great food and live music on the weekends. The chicken parmesan and meatloaf are delicious and big enough to share. Cassie is a fantastic bar tender, and it's always great to see the owner, Meir, cheering on the Dodgers in the bar.

Cafe Med:
4 stars because I've had better food and service in a better environment for about the same price and their cocktails aren't great but they're affective. With that being said, there's not a while lot to work with in Bakersfield so they are doing a pretty good job. The food is delicious, the service is friendly and helpful. I noticed others saying the service was slow. It is, but, it's on purpose, you're supposed to hang out, take your time, enjoy a drink and relax. Bottom line, great restaurant, just a little over priced.

Food and service here are top-notch. I enjoyed the stuff chicken thigh with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The sauce covering the stuffed chicken thighs is mouth watering. Definitely worth every penny ☺️????

Stopped in the bar after dinner and it was a great final final for the night. There was a way player that created a great ambiance. Been there for dinner often and is always good

Food is outstanding!! Love eating especially bc all of their bread is made in house!! The owner takes pride in serving the highest quality cuts of meat! Perfect casual bar food with amazing happy hour ALL DAY ON SATURDAY SUNDAY AND MONDAY!!! You can even dress up for a romantic night in the dinning room! Best food in Bakersfield!!!
