    What a gem we found today! Great service, incredible food, best buiscit and gravy in well over 50,000 miles. You can bet the next time we through Bakersfield, Carla’s will be the first stop. Best tea I’ve had in a long time. Thanks for the refill.

    We had a great lunch at Carla's. It is exactly what we were looking for (a local diner with local people) and it fulfilled our expectations. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend 100%. The menu has many options even if you don't eat meat like me. Food was good, very comforting.

    Delicious breakfast spot I never knew existed, until today. Definitely going back soon. Carla is a great host. Made us feel at home.

    My dad and I frequent this place since it's close to our chicken farm. It's a nice place with a small town feel. The staff is pleasant and the food is pretty darn good. I would say a must try if you are in the area.
