Chipotle Mexican Grill

This restaurant is always well staffed and very clean. The employees are friendly and professional and the service is fast. The food is always hot and fresh. Keep up the great work!

We ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl. Instead, we received two burritos. We paid extra for guacamole on both items and did not receive any. The items I ordered to be on my burrito bowl were not in my burrito.

Chipotle is the best! The one on My Vernon in Bakersfield has the best service and is so clean. Even when they first opened and employees were a little slow, their service made it all okay. The only problem I've had is if you place an order online, sometimes they don't start it until you get there which defeats the purpose of ordering online, but they always admit their mistake and try to make up for it.

Chipotle is always good. The only BIG BUMMER was they had no avocados, therefore no guacamole. ????

Quick, responsive and a friendly greeting as you enter the restaurant. Bathrooms are clean, as is the restaurant, that offers interior and exterior patio dining.

Would give them 5 stars, but the people with long hair need hair nets!
