Denny's

Great costumer service. The food was delicious, I created my own American slam. The food didn't take to long to come out. The bathroom was clean just like every other part of the restaurant.

Had the cinnamon pancakes. Was great. Just took forever. The waiter didn't know what he was doing. But other than the service the food was good

The omelette from the senior menu was the best I've had at a Denny's, and I have gone to many around the country. Also, Amber is an amazing waitress! As usual at Denny's, she had to really keep moving to serve as many tables as she had, but she did it with a lovely smile and friendly manner to everyone.

I get it that during a rush staff can be short with one and distracted, however, customer service must always be a priority. Out servers were a bit out of sorts. Perhaps inexperienced or otherwise overwhelmed, nevertheless, the customer service experience was a drag. Denny's has been around long enough to have a well placed training program for their servers and hostesses, as so, I'll chalk this up to it being a bad day for them. In any case I can say that the effort was there, to be clear. On the positive side, the food was good, served hot and in a timely manner.

My omelette ingredients on inside were burned and you could taste it. My hashbrowns were fried to a crisp. We waited to be seated for a good minute. It wasn't busy. Our server did a great job!
