I have to give this place 5 stars! First of all, its great Mexican food.
But mostly, they make you feel like family when you show up there. That's super cool. I think the hospitality is as important as the food. After all, its about the culture.

The morning buffet was amazing! The dervice was beyond great! Highly recomend

I called El Portal today with a last minute
order. I wanted a sample platter to share with coworkers. Even though I called last minute and they were extremely busy with the lunch hour rush they were still able to accommodate my request. My entire experience from the initial phone call to the pick up was exceptional. The person that took my order was friendly and patient while taking my order. The cashier that helped me at pick up had amazing customer service and was welcoming. The food was delicious and everyone that tasted it asked me where the food was from. I will definitely be back for a dine in experience.
