    I didn't know it was a food truck. Nonetheless, that's irrelevant. What is relevant is that the food is on point and they know what tf their doing. $3 tacos dorados de birria, you need a minimum of 3 for yourself and don't forget to take some birria home for the lady. The beef is seasoned just right and the tortilla is nicely fried. Let's not forget about the consome to dip your tacos in and just sip on to make you sweat last nights beer/tequilla session. Its not overly salty and has great umami flavor. You can't miss with this joint. Head's up, this is tijuana style. So go get some birria!!
