    Our dinner plate was delicious! We got order number 4. Shawarma beef and lamb with a side of salad, hummus, rice and a pita bread. Every single bite was tasty and very flavorful. I truly enjoyed it! Along with our order, we tried the grapeleafs and that was just as good.

    My family and extended family LOVE coming to Hummus Express, their kindness and hospitality are coupled with how delicious their food is.

    I wish I had a favorite to recommend but I feel like you can’t really go wrong with any item on their list.

    I do however, find myself getting the chicken shawarma platter the most. The tabbouleh is yumilicious and also their beef & chicken kebabs.

    I HIGHLY recommend this as a go to spot.

    Best Mediterranean in Bakersfield!! This is one of my favorite places. Everything is made fresh everyday. Go now! You are missing out if you've never been.

    The food is always fresh. The spicing gives you a taste, not found elsewhere. The soups are first rate that have a personal twist to taste.The pricing is spot on.

    The hummus--so smooth and flavorful. The salad--so fresh and light. But those aren't even the best parts about this place. The CHICKEN is cooked to order so you're going to be waiting 20-25 mins but I think that is a great thing and I am willing to wait every time.
