The food was well prepared. Delicious. Staff were warm and accommodating. All areas were very clean. I will be a repezt customer.

Ordered online for take out. Service upon arrival was great and friendly. Food was delicious. Only issue was that we were missing an apple juice but other than that everything was great. Will definitely be back again. I highly recommend Lucille’s.

This was my second visit to Lucille's and it was just as amazing as the first. Awesome BBQ, the brisket is tender, moist and very flavorful. I had the smokehouse sandwich this time and it was delicious. The potato salad was very good as well and we always get an order of fried okra which is tasty. Customer service both times an A+, I love that you get a hot towel to wash your hands and face with when you are done eating. Thank you for the $10 off coupon that I received for dining on Father's Day weekend.

My 1st observation is that the prices for steaks are too high. This is a nicer version of Famous Dave's. Good service.The staff was very friendly. The manager gave all the ladies a $10 off coupon. I like the hot towels at The end. The food was good. Nothing spectacular. Not bad. Not great. But good. I like the sweet bread. It's unique. I just had a regular burger which I liked. The fries were pretty plain. I would've ordered a steak but $35 is a bit pricey. I'm just surprised so many patrons at this mall pay the prices for steaks that they are asking. My suggestion is to run some occasional discounts on steaks and dinner items. Thanks.
