Expensive for what you get. Many times out of specific ingredients. Always have an issue using gift cards.

No, portions are not getting smaller. If there are employees standing by the registers and there is a line most don't have registers in their name so they can't take orders. We have a limited amount of cashiers every shift: morning, afternoon and night. Dan also does not yell, he has a loud deep voice naturally and takes care of us employees. He's an amazing manager. Don't complain about small things if you can get them fixed.

The bread is outstanding. The food is really good - hearty, really. And, very fresh. I appreciate the convenience of ordering online. Seems like they regularly run out of items, though - annoying when you want something specific. And, honestly, the pricing seems high for the portion size.

Great customer service at the front desk, food was alright, also no pastries right around dinner time. Those two reasons were enough not to earn my 5 stars. Most definitely would give them a second chance and report back.
