Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I don't expect much from fast food chains other than In-N-Out but let me tell you. The customer service at this particular store is incredible. The managers are very polite and Crystal has some of the best customer service I've had the pleasure of experiencing. No matter the time of day she is in such a pleasant mood. She truly makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Keep it up guys ????

I just think it depends on who is working when you happen to go. I've had a horrible experience with customer service here, but that was only once and it was with one particular employee. Everyone else seems to be awesome when I come so I'm not going to let one bad experience stop me. My bad experience basically sums up to me having to wait in the parking lot for over 45 mins for 2 meals, it wasnt even a big meal. The employee that day just didn't seem to care. Overall though the food is fresh and delicious and I will be returning often.

Chicken, awesome. Food with real quality ingredients. I had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here. It has an awesome feel to it. Makes me feel like I am back in Tucson.
