Great friendly service and family-owned you can tell. I overheard that the owner was not there and that the son was in charge. It was good to see that the son was running the business just as good as a dad.

Found it on the map, read a few reviews. Came in around 1:30 pm. No wait. Great big basket of chips and yummy salsa. I ordered a beef taco and a chicken enchilada a la carte. It was very good. Husband ordered fajitas. Great flavor. Generous portion for lunch special. $9.99 including a soda. I had a strawberry margarita, no alcohol. $3.00 Lunch and happy hour they're only $3.00, with or without alcohol, after 9:00 only $4.95. Family owned. Francisco, supper nice. I hear they're busy on Friday nights.

I was Born and Raised in Bakersfield and Santiago’s is my go to when ever I want a beer or Mexican food. Great environment, great food and often times Santiago is right there at the front tending to you. If your looking for a place to try or just visiting and want to try some great Mexican food, do yourself a favor go see my boy Santiago ????????

Nice quiet place .owner is a really friendly people person. Been coming here a few years now and staff is always helpful and friendly. Good food . always. Come on down .you'll enjoy this fine restaurant . try their mango chamoy margarita. Excellent!!!
