    Waited for twenty minutes for service because one employee was on break, and when she came back, she started on a 4 foot long order for pick up. Then she apologized for the wait to the person who walked in to pick up, and walked right back out.

    Marley (the assistant manager) is great. The older lady who usually works alongside her is fabulous. The care they take in the preparation of the sandwiches is evident. The others all seem to need varying degrees of additional assistance or counseling before they're really ready to face the public. Don't misconstrue this! They're not bad or nasty or anything! Most of them seem to be trying and I'm sure they're all nice kids.
    Sorry, but Marley and the older lady have me spoiled. If I was running the place, I'd have Marley working side-by-side with the newer staff and teaching them the all the tricks. Yeah, lousy deal for her, but I'd pay her lots more (an excellent reason why my sandwich shop would probably go broke).

    They are so pleasant and kind in there. They always make our order perfect. I have never had bad service here. They are the best Subway in town.
