    This is a double wow! The food here is very very good. This is a taco truck that parks next to the Chevron station I-5 and Stockdale highway. Well actually it’s not a taco truck it’s a trailer converted for food use. The trailer is brand new shiny and clean. The lady working inside is very nice and friendly. I ordered a Mulita, Which looks like an open face large taco with a tortilla on top of it. It comes with Carne Asada ,cheese, cilantro, lettuce, onions and the sauce, it was exceptionally good. Next time in this area I’m stopping here again for sure.

    Really delicious Mexican food at great prices! I had a mulita con pollo and it was a meal in itself—lots of chicken, cheese, lettuce, guacamole and a tasty hot sauce on the side. All other good places are chain fast food joints. Eat at Tacos El Monkey for some delicious home made food with very friendly workers! Thank you!
