Jesse's Pizza

The First time I got Food here everything was Great. Pizza was Great. Plenty of toppings an cheese. Cut in to Squares. The Wings were covered in BBQ sauce an cooked to perfection. Was very impressed......... So a few weeks later went online and placed the same order... After about 30 minutes went to pick it up an was informed that they no longer offer to cut pizzas in Squares. I was not called to be informed so they offered this 1 time to remake the pizza an cut it in squares as long as I understand that after this they would not. I accepted that. They gave me my wings that I ordered as I was waiting i bite in to 1 wing to find out it was not cooked all the way. I took it back inside they said they would make me some new. So I went to run errands. After 45 min i returned to find that the pizza was still cooking. ( They had to remake it again because they cut it wrong 4 times). I finally got my food. I ordered again just a few day later. Same order. After about 35 min i went to the store for my order. (I ask now for the pizza Not to be cut at all) I find out there that they made me the wrong Pizza completely. I ordered a Supreme they made a meat lover... Am told I'll have to wait.. They Manager offered Apologize an told me that the mess up pizza would be given to me with me Right pizza as a Sorry. I was appreciative of that. I let to get gas an a few things. When I returned I was given my Right Pizza. An the Manager went to get the mess up one. She comes back to tell me that the staff ate it an she was Sorry.. That aggravated me. Yes it was a free pizza. No it was not a pizza i ordered. I wasn't aggravated about Not getting Free Food. Was aggravated that after over 90 minutes of waiting an being a loyal customer that they didn't care. I ordered a pizza a few days ago. Unfortunately it was my last one. The pizza had little toppings,or cheese. It was ready in a decent time. It wasn't Great It wasn't Bad. It was a pizza. An that I can't get for a less expensive pizza.

I got a pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings. It all was delicious! I was full after eating the Boneless buffalo wings, but I had to try the pizza. The flavors were phenomenal, and that crust OMG that crust 🤤! I can't wait to go again!

Called order in, waited a good while till someone answered. Was a pleasant wait with the on hold sounds and constant update asking me to wait. Person answering the phone was polite and pleasant to talk to and seemed very competent. The food was ready on time for pickup. The inside of the store was dirty and very unpleasant to the eye which did not bode well for the anticipation of the food. As shown in posted picture the food looked extremely appetizing. The pizza was fabulous, the wings were dry and unapppitizing. Wish I could have rated higher.
