    OK first of all Scotty is the coolest dude you’ll ever meet in Shafter!! His son and him cook the best sizzling ribeye steak you’ll have maybe in Kern county worth a try for sure!

    Great family owned restaurant in Shafter California. I would eat here again. Custom items not on the menu can be made if you so choose. Buffet was fresh and very tasty. If you’re in the area stop by here.

    They have surprisingly good Chinese food! I'm no expert, but it seems rare to find a Chinese restaurant in the U.S. that follows what I perceive to be a more Cantonese philosophy where a lot of focus is put on the natural flavors of the ingredients. This is a hidden gem for sure.

    Also, as others have mentioned, this place is known for having the best steak in the county. If you are more in the mood for good Thai food, then head over to the little Italian place across town.
