(March 26, 2019, 1:28 am)Our first impresion was negative - we arrived in Taft around 8pm and were looking for a place for beer and burgers. Sounded like the Black Gold Brewing Company would be a perfect fit. But they closed at 8pm. A Brewery closing at 8??!!!
We came back a couple of days later in the middle of day, seeking refuge from a rainstorm. The owner was extremely nice, the burgers were great (Lots of choices too) and the coffee was very good! Would have laved to try their beers - but we were on motorcycles. Looks like I have to try again.... -
(March 23, 2019, 5:02 am)The food is great, it's just so strange to close at 8pm... The craft beer sampler is a great deal! And you can sit on the patio with your dog!

(March 22, 2019, 4:52 am)Great food, beer and people. Right next to the Fox Theatre makes for a perfect place to eat before a show take the whole family or go on a night out! Has everything from juicy burgers to fresh Thai food! It’s a must stop
