Yummy Garlic butter burger. The sauce in the burger was all the condiments rolled into one. I opted for it on the side, also ordered ranch on the side to mix with Tabasco for my goto sauce ....just in case. Turns out to be ok. I just used a dab here and there alongside my ranch mix.

Got there was, got seated and was completely forgotten until the person who cleans table noticed us. Most servers were working and doing their jobs while others were just having a good long conversation.

Its well worth the experience for this popular sit-in chain. The waiters were very polite, the food is better than most of the fast food diners, and good thing most drinks are refillable. Pancakes could be a bit better but otherwise, experience is above average. ????

I loved it. It was my first time at this location. Food was fast. Servers were so super frienly and everything was perfect! Nice and quiet with a view of the intersection. And they play some great music! By far the best IHOP experience I've ever had.
