I recently went in and had a little issue with my order. When I asked to speak to the manager he was more than happy to help me out. He dropped what he was doing and made sure I was happy with my order. Definitely coming back amazing food. Not sure if his name was Joe or Jose didn’t really hear correctly when he told me.

Loved the food but the first two we went both of our meals were messed up and they didn't give us the queso. We went back and they said they were out of queso and gave me guacamole plus a free burrito coupon for later. This was good customer service.

When we cashed in our free burrito it was also made incorrectly. -.-

Maybe this is because they're still a newer company. Expect great food but maybe not exactly what or how you wanted it.

Been here twice in the last week, ordered the same thing both times and paid extra for guacamole. Didn’t get guacamole on either order. I let it go the first time but I’m tired of paying extra for items I don’t receive. They also don’t cut their lettuce very well, too big of pieces. Should’ve checked my order before I left, but I doubt I will be back. Not going to keep wasting money. Tried to submit feedback on their website but it just comes up as an error.
