Lobster is so delicious, and other food is ok. Service is not bad, and there some staff are more helpful and friendly than the others. The young lady who served our table are so helpful with smile on her face. We decided to give more tips because of her good service. P/s: 12% service charge apply to the bill
Simply put, Henry's is my current canto place in all sgv ... Not saying it's better than all the rest but it's just great comfort seafood. I love it every time I go there. Also the servers are friendly and help it feel very familial. Get what they're known for though ... The lobster doesn't disappoint.
Wonderful menu selection. Good quality food. Reasonable prices.
Get there early, otherwise a bit of waiting time.
Everybody in your group must be present before they will seat.
Henry's Cuisine actually isn't bad, the food itself, while it tends to be a little too salty for my family's taste, is usually prepared just fine. On the other hand, portions are a little small compared to what one finds at most traditional Chinese restaurants, where portions are geared toward family style dining. Additionally, prices are a little higher here than what one will pay elsewhere for similar fare. Staff are friendly. The menu has familiar Chinese items as well as what I'd say are just other Asian fare, like Thai items ..which there are several examples in the menu. They run a happy hour special on beer during the weekdays.
Menu was teeming and overwhelming with options. Worthy quality cuisine, but definitely on the expensive side since menu items can range from approximately $14-20 for each dish. Rice was served lukewarm with rather small portions on plates, which is a downer. Nevertheless, the shrimp entrees were delicious with the right temperature served, never too hot but just warm enough for a Christmas evening. At the very least, be prepared to order more than 1 dish, a couple of of rice sides, and spend quite a bit for a proper meal. As others have mentioned, the front cover on their menus mentions a 12% service charge on your bill, just a heads up.
