The food was good. Service... Not so much. We went on Valentine's day and with 8 to 10 full tables in the restaurant and 10 or so more open it took us 15 mins to get seated. There was no hostess and we didn't get seated until Ritter himself came to seat us. The guy seemed stressed and was trying his best, so I gave him a break. The other staff though ignored me at least a few times when I flagged him down to ask for stuff. Wish I saw his name so I could post-it here. Pan roast was good as well as the Gumbo. Skip the fried okra. The food was good so I'll be back but I hope their service is better next time.
Cajun food and the setting here is excellent. It has a good atmosphere. Kinda of like a place in Houston that I enjoyed.
Outstanding place for Cajun food. Service is always super even when they have a full house. There was quick, helpful, and friendly service. This place has a cool design.
Enjoyed the pan roast and the linguine with clams. Both were delicious. It's a fun offering for the area, unique menu items. Attentive service. Got seated promptly at our reservation time. But we probably didn't need a reservation for noon on Sunday, there was plenty of seating in this large restaurant.
Food was hot and fresh, definitely good quality well worth price. Only thing I wasn’t happy about is they leave the tails on the shrimp (I got the jambalaya) and I only got 3 shrimp out of the big bowl of it. Other than that it was pretty good although it’s not much of a authentic Cajun taste it has it’s own twist, but it is delicious.
