Chonitos Mexican Restaurant

Their molcajete is amazing and the variety is really good. I've usually found that places with too much variety don't tend to specialize in one thing so you end up with lots of variety but sub par food. This place, however, does it right.

I've driven past Chonitos for years before finally coming in and I've been back several times now, not having being disappointed once.

The happy hour at the bar is my favorite, you can't go wrong with the prices, the atmosphere and chips, salsa and their famous bean dip.

The customer service at Chonitos make you feel like family.

Finally, the food. I've tried several dishes and each time I've ordered something new it was fresh and delicious and hot!

When it comes to Mexican food I am very critical and because of that I rarely eat Mexican food in restaurants BUT Chonitos met my expectations and went above and beyond!! This place is perfect!! Their food is delicious (not too heavy, not salty, not bland just perfect). I was thinking of being greedy and not writing this review because that can only help them get busy but I had second thoughts and this place needs to thrive in order for me to be able to go back until I'm over it. If I could I would give it 10 stars.

Lunch buffet is legit. Sunday brunch is awesome it Comes with bottomless mimosas. Delicious food and drinks. Great happy hour as well. Big mugs of beer for 6 bucks. Favorite place
