First time at Scala. First impression the Interior decor is very nice. The staff and service is attentive and excellent. The food options are plentiful to satisfied anyone's craving. Pricing is reasonable. But be sure to take advantage of the lunch specials that last till 5pm daily. Also take advantage of the Buy one get one free drink special. I opted for the jasmin milk tea and the honey tea. Both were tasty as I expected. I started thing off with a order of Thai fish cakes for $1. I then order the Stonegrill Salmon, Chicken curry and the Spicy beef noodle from the lunch menu. The Stonegrill Salmon was delightful and delicious. Presentation for the Curry Chicken rice was top notch. Perfect combination of spicy and savory. The Spicy Beef Noodle was mild and the broth and beef were cook perfectly. No skimping on the plates here. Each dish w could have been shared. Will be back to try the Stonegrill ribeye and other options on the menu next time.

A different way to grill the steak. I have better control over how well it is cooked.

This fusion joint is pretty good. They have some diy dish for those who love to cook their own meat. I personally got the garlic baby pork rib. It was surprisingly good other than the dish being salty. It came with a side of fries and salad. I loved their dressing, which included a dash of sourness but it was pleasant to my taste buds. Would definitely come again. Service was exceptionally good. My bf got the thai seafood pasta. I loved it as well.

Grill your own steak on a hot stone. Pretty nice gimmicky restaurant. Waitress told us how to grill the meat to medium rare, medium, and medium well but we found those times not to be true. I think she said 30 seconds to medium rare but it seemed like just a good sear to a really raw slab of meat. Everyone basically cut up their steaks and cooked it in pieces. We didn't see until after that there was trays of salt and pepper on a shelf by the wall. We would have asked for it cause the steak isn't seasoned. You get a pretty big piece of steak and some sides for about $24 bucks. The fried rice was okay but it wasn't needed to fill us up. There is also a late night special for alcohol here that is awesome. It's like $40 all you can drink beer and soju after 9 pm I think. Definitely worth a try

We had a pretty nice time tonight. The ribeye was very tasty, and tender. The cheesy cream corn was is pretty good. The crispy honey lemon chicken was very flavorful. The fried rice was moist and savory. The bacon fried brussel sprouts were a little salty. The atmosphere is nice, with decent upbeat music.
