Fantastic burgers! Everyone knows it. I've even heard some people say their 'animal's fries, ahem, "are better than in n out". Yes that's a bit blasphemous, but wait till you try them. Then you'd agree. Plus they have a great selection of beer. The service was great too! Still thinking about getting their tatt...
they have the best burgers! wait if usually not too bad. there metallica is my favorite (:
SHRED THIS!! You'll be hard-pressed to find a more savory burger, but I suppose it's possible. A more unique ambiance, you won't find anywhere! And even their simple, straight up, hand cut fries are to die for, never mind the more exotic choices. Portions are large, the music is terrific and the staff are friendly. Add add that to incredibly tasty burgers & fries and it's a winner!
For anyone coming to Los Angeles this is a must. With everything made in-house from fresh ingrediants these are probably the best burgers in L.A. and they are built with crazy, intelligent combinations exhibiting an artistic flair. The Napalm Death Burger, a personal favorite, is one of their flagship burgers and is consistently up for the crown of best Burger in L.A. on multiple magazines. The fries and beer selections are also amazing! Every month they feature a new bizarre burger creation (sometimes better than the traditional menu items) and all throughout the week they have specials.
The theme here is metal, so for the metal and hard rock lovers this place is heaven. Many of the burgers even take their namesakes from famous rockers. The artwork of the restaurant us amazing, taking its cue from a mix of heavy metal, the dark ages, vikings, and dark magic. You may want to buy a shirt. There is also WWE on the TV which really pulls the atmosphere together into one cohesive experience.
Occasionally there is a line, but it is truly worth the wait. Parking is easy as there is a free lot behind the movie theater. Make sure to do some research and check out the secret menu they have, which is extensive and includes many former burgers of the months (its not just burgers though).
Fun experience, unique menu, friendly staff, cool decor! What else can you ask for?! I went on a Friday- they serve wings. I heard Tuesdays they serve tater tots.... the food wasn’t gimmicky, it was delicious! There are parking lots that are free (I had to double check because coming from LA free parking is a myth) I will be back to try many more things.
