1919 Lanzhou Beef Noodle 兰州牛肉面

Best handmade noodles and soup in the San Gabriel Valley. You guys should this place. My favorite, so much better than MIAN.
Love watching the master chefs making noodles to order. Pouring the hot soup onto the noodles, you need to experience this place.
This my wife and I favorite place. The service and owner is very nice and friendly.

Hand pulled noodles! Tried 4 dishes from their menu and all were great flavors. My friend, who is very sensitive with digestion, had no issues and this is one of her favorites now.

The price for noodles is about $10. Extra noodles $2, extra egg $1.5. They send the meal very quickly so you don’t need to wait for a long time. The price is about right. Small dish is so so and a little expensive. So combo is not recommended

Restaurant was clean, service great. Really tasty noodles, esp the pickled cabbage noodle soup. So flavorful, highly recommend it. The noodles were great as well! Will def go again.

I am a regular customer for this restaurant and was notified it is under the new management now. They are specialized for the Lanzhou Beef noodle, one of my favorite food.  They are under the soft opening now, and I tried 3 times in a week already.This is probably the best Lanzhou Beef Noodle I had in the US.  
Food: I tried the house special beef noodle soup first. Just like the noodle which I had in Lanzhou, China. A typical Lanzhou beef noodle soup , “1 clear, 2 white, 3 red, 4 green, 5 yellow” (一清、二白、三红、四绿、五黄) to signify respectively clear soup, white radish, red chili oil, green coriander and garlic leek and yellow noodles. if you can eat hot spice, you really need add more chili oil. Just make the noodle soup perfect. I tried the Special dry beef noodle and Dry spicy noodle as well, everything is beyond my expectations. I tried a couple of the side dishes which are also good. 
Service: nothing to complain, I got warm welcome and great help.
Price: $8.99 for a bowl of great Lanzhou noodle, what a great deal. I paid $11+ for worse beef noodle from the other restaurants in Arcadia all the time. The portion of the food is just enough for a guy like me. 
Sanitation: The restaurant was remodeled, everything looks new and good. The table and floor was clean. I didn't check the restroom.
This restaurant became one of my favorite right away. I will keep going and try the other dishes. As a noodle lover, I think I can eat 7 days a week here......seriously :P
