    This is a pretty good restaurant to go to for a quick bite - decent place to bring kids to also as they have a kids menu. The atmosphere is laid back and of course it's in a good location being right there at Santa Anita Mall.
    The pulled pork was really good as well as the house made barbecue sauce they put on it. If you like to eat light, there was a good selection of salads to choose from - I had the mixed greens with avocado and pecans - really good. The desserts were only so-so in my opinion - we ordered peach cobbler with vanilla icecream - meh. Overall, good enought to go back to but I wouldn't call it one of my favorites.

    Carlos was wonderful. He took care of us with an appetizer because our meals took awhile to arrive. Great service and exceptional dinning experience.

    Had the most remarkable service from our wait person, Ashley at Wood Ranch BBQ. When advised we were really thirsty, she brought us all two glasses of ice tea. Then kept coming back regularly to check that we all had drinks. She is upbeat, friendly and just a joy to be around. She will improve anyone's dining experience. The food as always was excellent. However, the Mall Valet Parking at $11 is outrageous, so I do not use it.
