Uncle Tetsu

Japanese cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts because it's light, not overly sweet, and fluffy! Uncle Tetsu does that the best! I ordered the Original and Thai Tea. The Thai Tea was similar to many other places, nothing special. But the cheesecake was so good and it was not too much compared to other desserts! It's super easy to eat and I think I ate about 1/3 of it in one sitting haha

The cheesecake is really soft and moist. It's not for anyone who expects to have something like NY cheesecake. The texture here is more like the spong cake. There are many flavors of cheesecake, like chocolate, strawberry, matcha... I personally love the original the best.
The wait time was a little bit too long because the cashier was also the one who made drinks for customers. Even if I just wanted a cheesecake, I waited for 10mins when there was only 3 people in front of me.

This is the only place I know of to get this style cheesecake, its unique and amazing. If you like cake or cheese or cheesecake you have to try this. It's light and fluffy but has a great deep flavor to it. Pairs well with some wine or fresh fruit. You can save it in the fridge and it's good for a week. Wish I lived closer so I could have it more often, its definitely worth it.

Japanese Cheesecake is my new favorite dessert besides ice cream. It is fluffy and soft with an incredible texture. It tastes like fresh crepes and falls apart in your mouth. There are multiple flavor options and they do sell out of cakes. When there are fresh cakes coming out of the oven the line gets really long. This is a must try dessert for everyone.

The Japanese cheesecake Sarah very special. I just love them. They are light and fluffy like a soufflé. They taste wonderful and they are not too sweet. You can almost eat one whole cheesecake by yourself and not realize it. Definitely coming back here again.
