Had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! Definitely worth the wait to get in. Ariana was our server and she was fantastic! Very attentive and great service provided by her And the rest of the staff.

OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! The food was absolutely delicious and just so gorgeous ! I am big on presentation and most importantly the taste! My expectations were met and more! Everything down to the salsa and the delicious cafe de olla were just amazing! The service was amazing and we got our food so quickly! I will be recommending to all my friends and family and will be back soon ! Thank you everyone at Vaca! You guys are a true GEM! 💎

We came out here from New Mexico for Christmas. We all loved the food. There were 6 of us on Christmas Eve. The staff were courteous and very pleasant. This was by far best service we received in California. We loved it so much we went back but left. We decided the line was a little longer than expected and rightfully so, it’s great! 10/10

We ended up here after a random search for a brunch spot with good reviews and it did not disappoint.
They have indoor and outdoor seating.
The menu has a variety of food to choose from but it's not your everyday menu.
Everything we had was so good and the frappes were delicious!!🤤.
The burger had a double patty and whatever sauce they put on there is 🔥.
The birria melt sandwich was flavorful gone with a quickness.
My son was eating the chilaquiles off my husband's plate- and he is so picky!
I had the Brisket Benedict and the surprising chimichurri sauce was an added bonus.
Our server was tentative and on point.
The atmosphere is filled with great music but not too loud where you can't talk to the person sitting across from you.
We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised on the food quality and taste. Not too pricey. Meat is delicious. Food has nice plating. Overall I recommend. There is something that is missing but overall, it was great. I hope that their quality continues even when their popularity increases.
